A sneak peek at our new app đź‘€

Cramming new features into old systems creates chaos. But you can't scale what wasn't built to grow! That's why we’ve completely rebuilt our dashboard architecture—from the ground up.

Get the details below 👇

In this issue of Superfiliate Insiders:

  • A sneak peek inside your new Superfiliate dashboard!

  • Why testing every creator ad matters (even the “meh” ones)

  • The curse of over-scripting that's killing your UGC performance

  • Where to find us this month (NYC + Denver, we’re coming for you!)

  • How to join our monthly product Q&A with the Superfiliate team

🔧 Our app just got a serious architecture upgrade

You don't need more features crammed into confusing spaces where they don’t belong. You need systems that scale with your programs.

That’s why the Superfiliate app just got a massive upgrade!

We’re constantly building out new tools and features across all our channels, so we’ve also built the architecture to handle it:

  • Separate dashboards for Shopify Influencer Hub, Meta Ads Suite, and TikTok Shop.

  • Unified influencer profiles across all Superfiliate channels.

  • App architecture built for expansion (not puzzle pieces forced where they don't fit).

The result? Organized workflows with plenty room to grow. That means you can focus more on strategy instead of hunting for data!

I wish I could tell you more about what’s coming (it’s SO much of what our users have asked for) but Product is looking over my shoulder 👀

🚀 On the rise:

Testing (not guessing) with creator-driven ads

We’ve been beating the Partnership Ads drum lately, and with good reason. Meta’s all-in on them, and when Meta makes noise, smart marketers pay attention.

But here’s what isn’t being said enough: test more than just your top picks.

Many brands are still testing paid amplification based on gut feelings and team preferences. The result? Missed opportunities and underperforming campaigns.

Your team might love a specific creator's content, but don't sleep on:

  • The underdog creator you weren't expecting to perform.

  • Niche creators with smaller but engaged audiences.

  • Content that doesn't fully fit your brand aesthetic, but resonates with your audience.

Like all good digital marketing, this is an optimization game. Remember: A few misses are totally normal—that's how you find the winners.

And if you're still hazy on terms like allowlisting vs. whitelisting (yes, they still get tossed around in 2025) our friends at Aligned Growth put together the Complete Influencer Whitelisting Guide. Highly recommend checking it out!

👎 Phasing out:

Over-scripted UGC briefs = the creativity killer

We've all seen these dreaded briefs: ten bullet points, three talking heads, and a 40-second script written like a legal disclaimer 🫣

Here's the problem: Over-scripting creators turns UGC into ads that feel like... well, ads. And that's the fastest way to get scrolled past.

The reality check: The content that actually converts right now? It's creator-led, a little off-the-cuff, and sounds like something you'd hear from a friend. That's the magic in creator-led Partnership Ads that builds trust and earns the click.

The winning move: Give creators clear guardrails, then get out of the way. In other words: Stop directing creators like you're directing a 30-second Super Bowl spot.
